What started as a few pots in the backyard has become my happy place, a little stand filled with home-grown goodness, love, and connection.
Every Friday, I restock the stand with fresh seedlings, herbs, and flowers, and I love seeing the messages that come through from people who stop by. It means so much to know that something grown with love in my garden now grows in yours.
This space isn’t just about plants, it’s about possibility. It’s about creating a life around what you love instead of fitting what you love around work. It’s about slowing down, getting your hands in the soil, and remembering that growth happens one small seed at a time.
Sharing this journey lights me up. I hope it inspires you to find your own sanctuary, your own little garden of peace, joy, and nourishment.
Over time, I noticed that a few simple areas made the biggest difference in how our home felt. I don’t try to do everything. I just come back to these basics and let them support the way we live.

We’re mindful about the water in our home and how it supports everyday routines. It’s one of those background choices that quietly makes a difference over time.

I’ve made a few swaps at home where it felt practical to do so. Nothing extreme. Just changes that help our space feel calmer and easier to maintain.

Gardening isn’t about self-sufficiency for me. It’s about staying connected to what we eat and spending time outside, even in small ways.
This page exists because people asked deeper questions. Not surface-level curiosity, but real ones. Questions about structure, sustainability, and whether this kind of work is actually different to what they’ve seen before. You don’t need to be convinced of anything here. This is simply a place to understand how the work functions, without pressure.
Some people call what I do MLM. I understand why that question comes up.
The model I work with sits under direct sales and affiliate marketing, but it operates very differently to traditional MLM structures. What mattered to me wasn’t the label. It was how the model behaves in real life.
I wasn’t required to: recruit aggressively, hit monthly sales targets, maintain rank through constant performance. And I don’t lose my position if I slow down or step back.
That distinction matters.
The work I do allows for both direct and indirect income, but I’m not dependent on other people selling in order to earn. There are no penalties for taking time off. There is no pressure to constantly produce or recruit. And there is a point where commissions are no longer passed up. For me, that meant I could build steadily, without my income being tied to urgency or burnout.
When I started, I hadn’t travelled to Japan yet. What I trusted first was the journey my mum and dad were already on, the community around them, and the way they were being supported.
I was nervous. It was a big decision for me. But I also had a clear why, and I knew I didn’t want to keep doing things the way I had been.
I believed in the company’s long history, the quality of the products, and the way they were designed to support real life and long-term wellbeing. That mattered to me, especially when it came to my family. About twelve months after joining, I travelled to Japan. I saw where everything is made, met the people behind the company, and attended a conference with thousands of others doing this work. Nothing is outsourced.
The focus is long-term. And the company actively reinvests into communities, education, and support for families and farmers. That experience didn’t create my trust. It confirmed it.
Some people work this alongside another job. Some build slowly over time.
Some focus only on the products. There is no requirement to go “all in”. There is no single definition of success. What matters is whether it fits your values, your season, and your capacity.
If you’d like to understand the mechanics in more detail, you’re welcome to watch the overview resources below. If you’d rather talk it through and ask questions specific to your situation, you can book a Freedom Flow Call. And if you’re done for now, that’s okay too.
This work should support your life, not complicate it.
There isn’t one right way to begin. Some people start with one product. Some start with more. I started with what felt aligned for my life, my health, and my family at the time. The video below is me sharing context before you watch the more detailed explanation that follows. My role here isn’t to tell you what to choose, but to help you understand the landscape so you can decide what fits you. Watch this with curiosity, not pressure.
You’ll hear reference to different ways people choose to get started, including something called the Quad or FastTrack strategy.
This is simply one option, not a requirement. The video below explains how the products, structure, and business side work together, so you can understand the model clearly and make your own informed decision. This is here for clarity, not urgency. Take what’s useful. Leave what’s not.
If you’ve watched the video and heard references to a “digital specialist” or the Freedom Era, I want to clarify how this looks in real life. If you reach out, I’ll be the person you speak with first. I’ll answer your questions, talk things through, and help you work out whether this feels like a fit or not.
Freedom Era is an optional education and support platform that many people choose to tap into once they get started. It’s there to help with learning, structure, and community, but it’s not something you’re required to join to move forward.
There’s no pressure to decide anything. This space is here for clarity, not commitment.

If you’ve watched the video and still have questions, you’re welcome to reach out. Some people like to understand the details properly before deciding anything.
Others just want to talk through whether this makes sense for their life, their budget, or the season they’re in. There’s no expectation to buy, commit, or move forward.
Sometimes a short, honest conversation is enough to work out whether this is a fit for you or not.
You don’t need to do anything today. Some people know straight away, some take weeks or months to decide if this makes sense for them. Others decide it’s not for them at all. All decisions are completely okay. This page is here to support clarity, not pressure.

When I first joined LiveGood, I was just looking for a way to make wellness simple and affordable. What I found was so much more, a community of people learning, growing, and creating freedom together.
This space is perfect if you’re just starting your wellness or income journey. You’ll learn new skills, discover low-tox living, and see how even small steps can lead to big change.
The best part?
Every skill you learn here is transferable, you can grow it, share it, and build from it in your own way.
I’m not a polished influencer or a high-pressure coach. I show up as I am, often in the garden, sometimes in fluffy slippers, speaking plainly and honestly.
I’ve built my life gradually, making practical choices that support how I want to live now. When people choose to work with me, it’s usually because they want clarity without pressure, and support that feels human, grounded, and real.

Over time, people have shared how small changes at home have supported them in different ways. Everyone’s experience is their own. These are a few of the messages I’ve been sent.

“After making a few changes at home, including the water we drink, I noticed a real difference in how I felt day to day. I appreciated being able to take things at my own pace without pressure.”
- Jasmine S. Hagerty

“Finding this space helped me rethink how I work and live as a solo mum. It wasn’t about doing more, just choosing what mattered and having support while I figured it out.”

“I came across this during a really uncertain time and appreciated the practical, steady approach. It gave me options without asking me to overhaul my life.”

“What stood out to me was the community. It felt supportive without being overwhelming, and I never felt pushed to do anything before I was ready.”
- Megan Sheedy
